Ragnar Lundgren is specialized within intellectual property, licensing, commercial law and life science and has contributed to a number of publications on Swedish patent rights (e.g. “Intellectual Property, the law book commentary” and “The Patent Law, a commentary to the law per 1 July 2013”). He was appointed as an expert in the official report of the Swedish government Harmonized patent law (SOU 2003:66) and has also contributed to several international publications (e.g. Patent Infringement Worldwide International Patent Litigation Book).
