Having retired from representing and advising clients in IP and Market Law matters in over 50 years, Örjan Grundén continues to be actively engaged in the development of the law on global and national level, particularly regarding the patent system. In the efforts in said respect by the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriete Intellectuelle (AIPPI) and by AIPPI Sweden, Örjan Grundén is participating as a member of AIPPI’s Council of Presidents and Executive Committee of as well as its Standing Committees on Information Technology and Internet and on Unitary Patent / Unified Patent Court.
