Catharina Bratt is specialized in Intellectual Property and marketing/advertising law. She drafts, reviews and negotiates commercial agreements, as e.g. license agreements, R&D agreements, distribution agreements and cooperation agreement. She has extensive experience of litigation of IPR, especially within the fields of copyright, trademarks, design, marketing and trade secrets. Catharina also advises on strategic IPR – protecting, commercializing and enforcing – with a focus on creating commercial advantages and value for her clients. Having long experience of questions related to creative and media services, she also advises on marketing issues, personal integrity, cooperation agreements, production agreement and other agreements within the media/entertainment area.

Over the years, Catharina has assisted Swedish as well as international businesses and individuals in a variety of industries, including fashion, furniture, design, entertainment, media, technology, automotive and manufacturing.
